MY GOALS
I am a North Carolina licensed Physician Assistant since 1991.
I offer my service to businesses that are in need of an experienced PA. I understand many practices are having a hard time finding Providers. And Practices can not afford the prices other locum companies charge. Many situations I have found many companies will offer service at the highest rates they can charge. Then many companies will try and find a Provider that will work the cheapest hourly rate. Companies are seeking to increase their spread and their bottom line. Many times you may find a Provider you were offered were unqualified or inexperienced. When you hire direct you were given a cheaper hourly rate and an experienced Provider. I can assure you, that if you are in need and you don’t feel I am not experienced within 2 days of work, I will give you a 50% discount for my hours.
I have found many practices have a need for a Provider for a variety of situations i.e. medical, family, pregnancy leave, and / or gap of unavailable Provider to fill your positions.
My experience, when a practice is in need of a Provider, they attempted to use a temporary or locums company. Many practices have a very difficult time hiring a locums company at their rates and expectations.
Some locums companies may offer your practice a Provider and the Provider may not be experienced enough for complex patients and a Physician’s comfort level.
My goal is to provide you an experienced Provider and you hire me directly and find expense is far cheaper. My hourly rate is $65/hr as W2.
My goal is to aide you and your patients at a time of your practice and patients needs, and hire directly at more reasonable expense.
My goals are, I offer my service for any hourly shifts 8, 10, or 12 hours. I am willing to offer you service to work any days of the week or holidays ( other than Christmas Eve or Christmas), If your practice is in desperate need and have too many gaps I am more than willing to work 7 days per week to aide your needs and patients
MY EXPERIENCE
My experience started in 1975 as a EMT. I started being an orderly for approximately 2 years in a nursing home.
I continued and became an orderly in two different Emergency Rooms for 2 years.
In 1978, I stated working on an Emergency Ambulance. I later progressed and improved as an Emergency Paramedic for 8 years.
During working on an Emergency Ambulance, I attended at Indiana University and later graduated with Bachelor of Science – Biology and in 1988.
In 1988, I was admitted to Cornell University Medical School as a Surgeon / Physician Assistant and graduated in 1990.
Upon my graduation I worked in numerous Emergency Room for years.
After my years in the Emergency Rooms, I worked also at the Health Department in their STD and TB clinic. I also worked for approximately in Prisons for about 2 years.
When I started traveling all over the USA as Locums, I was exposed to many different medical practices.
During my travels numerous times offered vary to soldiers in the different bases under a National Security Clearance. During the bases I was providing service to the soldiers and families in various fields of medicine i.e. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Soldier Readiness, Infections Diseases, and Emergency Room.
As my travels all over the USA, I was exposed to many Family Medicine, Internal Medicine,Infectious Diseases, GYN, and Corrections etc.
Years later I became interested in traveling and obtaining contracts under federal facilities and traveled all over the USA.
